This RPCB1 model is the first of several designs that I will be presenting this year 2024, and allows you to join rows and columns with a welding point between them according to the attached jpg.
The third layer or GND is to isolate zones GND-A, … GND-1 ..to..GND-14, …GND-D, being in total 18 independent zones of GND, which can be joined with a simple point of soldering to the BLUE GND line this is done through the TOP layer. (This allows, for example; to isolate analog signal areas from digital signals on the same PCB card).

We can join any of the 80 columns to either negative, positive or ground with a solder point. It could also be joined to EARTH by welding the point through the BOT layer.
EARTH is the fourth general layer and acts as a general faraday layer and is accessible by BOTTOM, soldering it to the GND BOTTOM point.
Terminals 100 thousands of an inch pitch separation, can be soldered on all sides of the RPCB1 board. In the corners we can join multiple RPCB1 cards using a general EARTH.
The holes for bolting the plate are isolated from EARTH, but can be joined with a spot weld by TOP or BOTTOM.
Additionally, the K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T rows can be joined independently of each other with smaller welding points, which requires more welding experience and use of a microscope if possible.
All plates are new and recently manufactured, and include their dehumidifier and protective plastic.
